A Different World...A Bigger Task.....

It is a pleasure to join you this morning, on behalf of the Science Department, we wholeheartedly welcome you here today. You have made this day even more special with your presence. We are here to witness the wits of the SCI WIZARDS. The best among the rest....These finalists were chosen from a written exam given by the Science Department to all levels...and these students emerged as the top 5...And today they will vie for the title of SCI-WIZARD 2010....This was made possible by our science coordinator with the help of the science teachers, the high school teachers and advisers....At the Physics laboratory room, you will see the different entries of the students in the "on the spot poster making" and "collage making" competitions, there are also different videos submitted by the students as an entry which made me happier because with those videos, it made me think that Augustinians are really for the betterment of MOTHER NATURE...We never put our knowledge into waste...We use them for our own future...These competitions are part of the Science month celebration with our theme: Nurturing the Genius In Me (I Can Make A Difference In My World). As one of the videos puts it....we must go hand in hand for the betterment of our environment...our future....I know being one of the finalists made  your world different...A bigger task....that is to bring home the bacon...Though how big....with GOD's help and guidance... you can do it... Your being here certainly makes it an easier and more rewarding experience....which i know you'll cherish forever.... Good luck to all of you...God bless us all.Thank you so much. Good morning...
